So tired of the line "But no one needs a semi-automatic firearm"

Semi-automatic firearms don't kill people, in fact, they don't DO anything. Me, or any other law abiding citizen who may or may not have one has ZERO impact on whether or not a criminal or mentally unstable person uses one to commit a crime.

The number of rounds a magazine holds has ZERO impact on whether or not a criminal commits a crime. Banning of these, or any other type of firearm will have ZERO impact on whether or not a criminal commits a crime.

Firearms are found around the world. Criminals have access to these.

There will be NO world order to destroy them. Besides do you really think criminals, or governments for that matter would do such a thing? Absolutely not.

Please understand what you are saying or voting for when you support reform or restrictions on laws or firearms and the ability for you or your neighbor to own one. Background checks only prevent an extremely small percentage of firearms being prohibited from being sold to criminals. I don't mind having one done on me. I am not a criminal. But, criminals don't go to stores to acquire firearms. Your arguments that background checks need to be more extensive is an invalid argument.

Your argument that guns laws need to be stricter is invalid as criminals DON'T CARE about gun laws.

Restricting law abiding citizens from protecting their families, or you, is ludacris and irresponsible.

Education of us as adults and of our children in the use, function, danger and safety of firearms is the only way to combat criminals.
