We are women who hunt, fish, cook, hike, camp, work, live and breathe the outdoors. We are not limited to our state of residence or even our United States borders. But, we do embody the challenge of life out west and spend most of our time public land recreating.
And while we often hunt as a partner or for a partner because it is the lifestyle we choose, we are capable and accomplished solo adventurists too.
Our passion for conservation and self-sustainability drives us to crest one more mountain, cast one more line and use every last bit of daylight to hunt our quarry. It is the feeling of exhaustion at the end of the day that renders our pursuits worth it while heavy pack-outs and full freezers are just extra.
Aromatic kitchens displaying thoughtfully cooked meals with purpose is our way of proudly expressing success. Our homes are teeming with stories and memories. Our campfires are never boring.
At the end of the day it isn't just for us. There is a yearning to share and pass on and down the skill set that has been lost on most of the industrialized world. It is a calling to build confidence and independence among our fellow women, men and youth, families and communities. We do it with our families.
This is our chance to educate and influence a way of life.
